I usually focus more on Earth based magicks, but I'm likeing most of what I've read so far of the VC. Rings fairly true.

I tend to have difficulties with what sorts of energies I draw in- some of them I can't digest, but others, even non-psy, can. I find myself more and more drawn to the healing arts, because other wise I have to force my SO (also a psy) to drain off some of the energy that I cannot digest. Healing is a very common and basic magick, but not always ritualistic in nature.

When I go into A full ritual, I try to do so when I am "full" or nearly so. I usually end up changing up some of the energy I have with "fresh" energy, but I don't get around to ritual very often.
